This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller below and the buyer purchasing a license on the bipanel website. The information shown before you place an order is the pre-contract information. Buyers in Türkiye are also covered by the Turkish version, which follows Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Buyer
The person placing the order, identified by the name or company, email and billing details in the customer portal.
3. Subject
A software license (digital content) for the bipanel plan chosen by the buyer, with updates and support for the license period. The plan name, account and server limits, features, billing period (monthly/yearly) and price are shown at checkout and on the invoice.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown separately at checkout and on the invoice. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through Stripe; your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
5. Delivery
The license key is shown in the customer portal and emailed to the buyer as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery.
6. Automatic renewal
Monthly and yearly licenses renew for the same period at the end of each term and are charged to the saved card unless the buyer turns auto-renewal off. We email you before a renewal. You can turn auto-renewal off in the customer portal at any time, and the license stays usable until the end of the period.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery starts with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it (for example, Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 15(1)(ğ) of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation). When you confirm an order, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge this. We still offer voluntary refunds as set out in the refund policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected]. Consumers can also use the dispute resolution bodies and courts available in their country of residence, including consumer arbitration committees in Türkiye.
9. Entry into force
Before confirming an order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement and the terms of service. The agreement takes effect when the order is confirmed; a copy is emailed to the buyer and kept in the customer portal.
