License keys are digital content delivered immediately after payment, so statutory withdrawal rights don't apply once delivery starts (see section 7 of the distance sales agreement). We still refund voluntarily in the cases below.
First purchase
If you haven't activated the license on any server, we refund the full amount within 14 days of your first purchase.
Automatic renewals
If you forgot to turn off auto-renewal, ask within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll cancel the license and refund the renewal.
What we don't refund
- License periods that were activated and used (except the renewal case above).
- Licenses suspended or ended for breaching the terms of service.
- Unused time in a partly used period (plan downgrades take effect at the end of the period).
How refunds work
Open a support ticket in the customer portal or email [email protected] with your invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, in the same currency (USD). They usually show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; exchange rate differences and bank fees aren't covered. A refunded license is cancelled.
