In the customer portal, go to My licenses → the license → Auto-renewal and switch it off. The license keeps working until the end of the period and your card isn't charged again.
Yes. Every payment gets an invoice, which you can view under Invoices in the customer portal. To have invoices issued to your company, add your company name and tax ID under Profile → billing details.
If you haven't activated the license at all, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with (through Stripe) within 14 days of your first purchase. See the refund policy for details.
Yes, from your next renewal. Just open a support ticket in the customer portal. Paying yearly gets you about two months free.
Yes. Without a license, bipanel runs in Community mode with all core features for up to 3 hosting accounts. Pick a plan for more accounts, resellers, white label and remote backups.
No. Sites, email and apps keep running after a license expires. After a 7-day grace period, only creating new accounts is restricted, and everything returns to normal the moment you renew.
Yes. In the customer portal, go to My licenses → the license → remove activation, then enter the same key on the new server. No support ticket needed.
bipanel keeps the last validated license and carries on with it while it can't connect. If it can't reach us for a long time (weeks), the admin panel shows a warning.
